How to Measure Your Foot
If you haven’t used Li-Ning running shoes before, we highly recommend measuring your foot and choosing based on the CM length, as Li-Ning shoes generally run slightly small compared to shoes and running shoes from other brands.
1. Place a piece of paper on the floor against a wall and secure it with tape if needed to prevent it from sliding.
2. Get ready: Stand with your heel against the wall and your foot flat on the paper. Make sure to distribute your weight evenly on both feet.
3. Mark your foot: Ask someone to help you draw a line at the tip of your big toe.
4. Measure the length: Measure the distance from the wall (heel) to the marking at your big toe.
5. Repeat for both feet: It’s common for one foot to be slightly longer than the other. Use the measurement from the longer foot when selecting your size.
6. Find your size: Use the measurement to find the corresponding size in our size chart. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
Helpful Tips
• Always try on shoes with the socks you normally wear.
• Remember that feet often swell slightly during the day – measure in the evening for the most accurate result.
• Be aware that sizes may vary slightly between different brands and models.
