How to measure your feet
If you haven't had a pair of Li-Ning shoes before, we strongly recommend measuring your feet and choosing your size based on the length in centimeters. Li-Ning shoes generally run a bit small compared to other sports and running shoe brands.

1. Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall. Use tape if needed to keep it from slipping.

2. Stand with your heel firmly against the wall and your foot flat on the paper. Stand naturally and distribute your weight evenly.

3. Ask someone to help you draw a line at the tip of your big toe.

4. Measure the distance from the wall (heel) to the mark at your big toe. This is your foot length in cm.

5. It is completely normal for one foot to be slightly longer than the other. Use the measurement from your longest foot when choosing size.

Add extra space (important!)
• Adults: add approx. 1 cm to your foot length
• Children: add approx. 1.5 cm to your foot length

The extra space ensures the right fit and provides room for natural movement during activity.

Find your size
Use the adjusted length (foot length + extra cm) to find your corresponding size in our size chart. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.

Good advice
• Try the shoes with the socks you normally wear.
• Measure your feet at the end of the day – feet typically swell throughout the day.
• Remember that sizing can vary slightly between brands and models.
