Withdrawal & Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order. If you wish to return one or more items, you must register your return within this 14-day period.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items. This includes, for example, rackets ordered with stringing and clothing with personalized printing. As these items have been made or customized specifically according to your request, they cannot be returned, as we are unable to resell them as new items.

If you wish to return one or more eligible items, please contact our customer service at service@li-ning.dk within the 14-day withdrawal period. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your order.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

During special periods, such as Christmas, we may offer an extended return period. Any temporary changes to our return policy will always be announced on our website.

Complaints

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service at service@li-ning.dk. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if relevant. We will help you resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Physical Returns

If you are in Denmark, you are also welcome to return your items or submit a complaint in person at our showroom and warehouse in Herlev.
