Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is not collected from the selected pickup point or cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, it will be returned to us.
Any return shipping costs charged by the carrier, as well as the cost of reshipping the order, are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for returned orders will exclude any shipping and return costs incurred.
